It’s interesting to listen to the numbers that are being spewed out at us from various sources that are busy calculating all the holiday crunching of numbers for the retailers to live and die by. Fact is that the majority of us are cutting back. With so many of us taking advantage of some type of Debt Settlement offer or possibly a Debt Negotiation due to our credit card overload from our spending craze days that are well behind us now.

There are numerous options for Debt Relief out there and having Internet access just makes the whole easy process even easier. When Christmas is all over and done with we will all have to sit back and see what adjustments are needed in order to pay for it all. That’s when it really hurts. I did hear on one news story that more people are using cash this holiday shopping season instead of using their credit cards. I know I haven’t used a single charge card this year and I don’t plan on starting either.

I have been enjoying Jon Cryer and Charlie Sheen on their sitcom Two and a Half Men. Every now and then I’ll find one that I haven’t seen before but those are very few and far between these days. Tonight I watched the very first episode, which was cool. I had seen it before but not 5 or 6 times, like most of the ones I watch just about every night. It comes on several times through out the early evening and on several stations that I get with by cable package.

I hope Charlie keeps his nose clean enough and out of trouble. If he goes down, the show goes down.

It seems that more and more people are discovering that they are allergic to certain things. A good friend of mine just found out that she is allergic to just about everything under the sun and will not be able to travel out and about much without running into a variety of health issues. She has been receiving allergy shots for over 4 years and that has helped with some of the allergies, but apparently some of this allergies will be around for a long time coming.

It’s a good thing that she has Internet access so that she can start making more of her purchases online and not having to worry about going out and having a breathing episode. I can’ think of anything that you can’t find and buy online. All of your Personal Care, Groceries, Bath and Body, Sporting Goods, Health and Beauty, Clothing and Accessories as well as Hair and Skin Care can be ordered with a few short key strokes, right!

Last night we finally got our first snow of this year’s winter season. Only a few inches, but enough to close the schools for the day. It doesn’t take much for the schools to close down these days. I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with schools and child care issues. Old man winter keeps me busy enough.

This really is a good time of the year to look for bargains with so many products and services as well. It isn’t uncommon to give or receive one of the directv packages for Christmas, so there are plenty of good buys available to take advantage of. Being able to look online is a bonus, what a time saver the Internet has turned out to be. You can directly to the company’s website and find all that you need in such a short amount of time and with little or no effort.

I have had direct tv for several years now and have been happy with everything about what directv has to offer and their customer service is always top notch. Once in a while I’ll get a coupon in the mail from them for a free movie or two and several times throughout the year you get the opportunity to check out some of the movie channels for a week or so for free, which is something I always enjoy.
